Installation Failure
Symptom: A message is shown as
‘There is a problem with this Window Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor’
near the end of the installation, and the installation has to be cancelled in the end.
Analysis: This problem usually happens with insufficient user access level, since some of the components of IsoBox requires administrator privilege to install.
Solution: Right click on IsoBoxSetup.exe in File Explorer and select ‘Run as administrator‘, and give authorization when the UAC dialog pops up.
